A Wintry Palette ❄️🦉🧣

The project reimagines a large, traditional residence into a contemporary family home, practical in its layout yet respectful of its architectural heritage.
On ground floor, a set of small, interconnected rooms have been opened to create expansive, flowing spaces. The living room and kitchen now sit side by side, with their contrasting palettes creating an interplay of mood and light. An intimate wintry navy blue envelops the living area, while blush pink walls in the kitchen give warmth and brightness. The building’s original beams, apertures and floors were restored, and complimented with new striking pieces of furniture.
The townhouse’s master bedroom suite occupies the original sala nobile, with free-standing partitions enclosing a large walk-in wardrobe and separate ensuite. The mood is crisp and bright, with original limestone flagstones, honed bianco carrara, and dainty floral wallpaper from Pierre Frey.

camilleriparismode project studio is looking for a talented architect / interior designer to join the team. this is an opportunity to be part of a creative and detail-driven environment that values timeless design, refined aesthetics, and a passion for all things beautiful.

about the role:
you will be working on high-end residential and commercial interior design projects, from concept to completion. responsibilities include space planning, creating detailed technical drawings, selecting finishes and furnishings, and collaborating with clients, suppliers, and our in-house teams to deliver exceptional design solutions in line with the studio aesthetic.

who we’re looking for:
– qualified architect or interior designer with a minimum of 5 years’ industry experience
– currently residing in malta and familiar with local construction standards and regulations
– demonstrated on-site experience; managing and overseeing project ex*****on, collaborating with contractors and trades
– strong technical and design skills (autocad, sketchup, adobe suite or similar)
– sharp eye for detail and appreciation for materiality, proportion, and refined aesthetics
– naturally aligned with camilleriparismode project studio philosophy – elegant, thoughtful, and curated
– excellent communication and coordination skills
