Casual Bikers is looking for a Shop Assistant to join our team.

We are looking for a reliable, motivated and customer-focused person who enjoys motorcycles, retail, and working with people. The role is ideal for someone who can help customers choose the right motorcycle gear, keep the shop organised, and support daily store operations.

Main Duties

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Assisting customers in-store
Advising clients on motorcycle clothing, helmets, accessories and related products
Keeping the shop clean, organised and well-presented
Handling sales and basic stock movement
Preparing and displaying products
Supporting online orders and general shop operations when required
Maintaining a professional and friendly attitude with all customers
Requirements

The ideal candidate should:

Have good communication skills
Be polite, reliable and well-organised
Be comfortable working in a retail environment
Have basic computer skills
Be willing to learn about motorcycle gear and accessories
Have an interest in motorcycles, scooters or riding gear — considered an asset
Be able to work both independently and as part of a team

Previous retail experience will be considered an asset, but the right attitude is more important.
