All contractors are fully licensed and insured, most OSHA certified as well. IMPORTANT NOTE: IF you require proof of insurance other than General Liability it is your responsibility to let contractor providing the estimate know what type of additional wording you need above and beyond a standard home repair 2M+ General Liability Binder.
