【Formal Statement】
The Company hereby issues the following formal statement:
Ms. Yeo Huey Shan is no longer involved in any business, administrative, financial or operational affairs of the Company, and no longer holds any position, authority or authorization to represent the Company. Any of her personal actions or statements do not represent the position of the Company.
All personal debts, borrowings, financial dealings, guarantees, commitments, transactions, contracts, business dealings, personal conduct and statements of Ms. Yeo Huey Shan are solely her personal matters. She shall be solely responsible for handling them and for bearing all related legal responsibilities.
The Company has no connection whatsoever with Ms. Yeo Huey Shan's personal debts, borrowings, financial dealings or any other personal matters, and shall not assume, guarantee, repay or handle any such matters on her behalf.
Any person or entity having any financial dealings, borrowings, business transactions or other private matters with Ms. Yeo Huey Shan is requested to deal with her directly. Kindly refrain from seeking repayment from, demanding responsibility from, or requesting intervention by the Company, its management or its employees.
The Company reserves all legal rights against any person who continues to harass the Company's management or employees, interfere with the Company's normal business operations, disseminate false information, or damage the Company's reputation.
The Company will continue to operate as usual and remain committed to fulfilling its responsibilities and obligations to all customers, suppliers and business partners.
