The ModularCraft System comprises the use of shipping containers as the basic building module combined with Primer ‘X’ - a thermal insulation coating or G-Bricks which is used in masonry works. These integral products in the ModularCraft System package are made from recycled material and are results of extensive research. This involves the vital use of Primer ‘X’ on shipping containers, primarily

demonstrates the habitability of shipping containers despite our equatorial climate; creation of custom-built buildings which are mobile, sustainable and environmental friendly; and greater efficiency by the drastic reduction of construction time when compared to conventional construction methods. The ModularCraft system also significantly reduces the use of reinforced concrete or other labour intensive construction methods and minimises on-site disruption. This system can be used in the construction of dwelling units, classrooms, dormitories, offices, nurseries, retail space and more.
