A Well Tucked In Wet Kitchen with a corner view of Garden.
The house wet kitchen area was build on a new extension floor area, with its location tucked in nicely at one corner of the house overlooking the garden below at an elevated height, almost at the feel of a cantilevered flooring. So open up a corner window for the space user to have a good view of the garden while doing the cooking or washing the dishes in the kitchen.

DUAL FUNCTION WALKIN WARDROBE AND BED HEAD FEATURE

If youre planning youre comfort space in a limited space, try combining 2 functions in 1 built feature, so the usage of space can be optimized. For this build up, the frontal facing was a bedhead feature while its back was a fully loaded walk in wardrobe area.

Custom Natural Air Vent with Hidden Courtyard
Serve as a cooling vent for the whole lower ground area, transmitting cool air down thru its courtyard and spread thru the vents openings. At the frontal side of it we installed a custom Balau wood bench to add up usable seating area, while you can take a peek at the garden inside but not towards the private toilet. Nope.

Utilising Space above your Plaster Ceiling.
Previously this might be just a dark spider web covered space in a house. So we venture into it. Taking out all the un necessary item and clutter but yet still prioritising the integrity of the roof structure with some additional modified structure to allow for proper space clearance and to allow for the aesthetics of the space. Have a good weekend everyone. .
