WE'RE HIRING – ARCHITECTURAL ASSISTANT (PART I / DIPLOMA)
We are a growing architectural practice based in Penang, delivering residential, commercial and developer-led projects throughout Northern Malaysia. We are looking for a passionate, capable and detail-oriented Architectural Assistant to grow together with our team.
Requirements:
Diploma/ Degree in Architecture (Part I).
1–3 years of relevant working experience preferred.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, MS Office, Twinmotion
Experience with Archicad/BIM is an advantage.
Good understanding of Malaysian building by-laws, authority submission procedures and construction detailing.
Able to prepare design development, authority submission and construction drawings with minimal supervision.
Good presentation, communication and teamwork skills.
Creative, responsible and willing to learn.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in design development and architectural documentation.
Prepare planning, building plan and authority submission drawings.
Produce detailed construction drawings and technical details.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors and local authorities.
Attend site meetings and site inspections when required.
