The Gem Residences, Penang.
Our design is to blend elegance and practicality concept. In the living space, we choose vertical grooves, natural textures, and soft tones create a calm, curated ambience, complemented by thoughtfully placed custom joinery for display with a hidden door.
The kitchen features clean lines and warm wood finishes, together with a marble backsplash that adds a timeless touch. The highlight? A hidden pivot door that opens to reveal a pantry with open shelving, disguised within the cabinetry for a sleek, uninterrupted aesthetic.
This project embodies minimalism where every detail is designed with both form and function in mind.
