Back to one of our completed Semi-D projects today for the customer’s routine monthly koi pond servicing. 🧹💦

This is also a koi pond that our team previously designed and built, so it’s always nice to come back and see how the completed project has developed over time. ❤️

When we first supplied the koi, most were around 4–5 inches.

Today, many have grown to around 7–9 inches! 📈

A 13ft koi pond with a large filtration compartment and approximately 3.5ft water height from the pond bottom to the tempered glass level.

🏡✨ Another Specialised Koi Pond Renovation Project Successfully Completed! 🐟💧

Every renovation project comes with its own unique challenges—and this koi pond upgrade was no exception.

Our customer had wanted to raise the water level of both the main koi pond and filtration system for many years. Unfortunately, due to the complexity of the existing structure and plumbing, no one had been able to provide a practical solution.

After a detailed site assessment, our team carefully redesigned and modified the existing PVC inlet and outlet system, raised the overflow level, and rebalanced the water flow between the main pond and filter chamber. Every measurement and adjustment had to be precise to ensure smooth circulation and long-term stability.

This was far from an easy task. It required hours of modification, testing, fine-tuning, and repeated water-flow checks before achieving the perfect result.

✅ Main pond water level raised
✅ Filter chamber water level upgraded
✅ PVC piping system professionally modified
✅ Overflow system redesigned
✅ Water circulation rebalanced
✅ Complete filtration media upgraded
✅ Pump system optimised
✅ Double UV steriliser installed
✅ Custom aluminium cover installed

To complete the project, the owner also introduced several beautiful high-grade Japanese koi into the newly upgraded pond. After proper acclimatisation, the koi were safely released into their new environment, bringing new life, prosperity, and positive energy to the pond.

Following our pond and filtration system servicing completed last week, the Beverly Interior Design Team recently returned to carry out another outdoor improvement project for one of our valued customers in the Ipoh area.

✅ Custom aluminum cover installation for the filter area to provide better protection and a cleaner, modern appearance.
✅ Increased the pond water level to improve overall pond performance.
✅ Reorganized and upgraded the filtration media system for better water quality.

✨🏡 Koi Pond Servicing Project Update 🐟💧

Our latest koi pond servicing project has been progressing smoothly from last Friday until today.

During our first site visit, we discovered that several large imported Japanese koi were showing signs of infection and illness. To prevent the condition from worsening, our team acted immediately.

✅ Set up a temporary quarantine canvas tank
✅ Installed AC/DC water pumps and complete treatment equipment
✅ Safely transferred the koi for proper quarantine and care
✅ Performed a full cleaning of the main pond and filtration system
✅ Upgraded the filter media for stronger biological filtration
✅ Inspected and cleared blocked piping to improve water circulation
✅ Installed new LED spotlights around the pond to enhance the overall night view and showcase the beauty of the koi

Tomorrow, we’ll complete the final piping touch-ups before refilling the pond with fresh water. Once the quarantine period is successfully completed and water parameters are stable, all the beautiful Japanese koi will be safely returned to their home. 🐟❤️

A healthy pond starts with a proper filtration system and regular maintenance. Prevention is always better than cure.
