Responsibility:
1) Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned piling projects.
2) Technical understanding related to building/infrastructure’s foundation.
3) Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.
4) Assign responsibilities and mentor project team.
5) Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
6) Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.

Qualifications / Skills:
1) Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering, Construction.
2) Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD.
3) Advanced MS Office skills.
4) Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.
5) Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
6) Project management and supervision skills.
7) Decision making ability and leadership skills.

1) Taking off Quantities & Cost Estimation.
2) Prepare quotation and tender.
3) Prepare and submit main contractor and sub contractor's progress claim, variation, and final accounts.
4) Request for quotation.

Job Requirements:
1) Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
2) Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
3) Initiative, able to work in team, willing to learn and work independently.
4) Good communication, self-motivated and interpersonal skill.
