🔧 BROKEN TILES? DON’T JUST REPLACE THEM — CHECK WHAT’S UNDERNEATH
Broken or damaged tiles may look like a simple repair, but the real issue could be underneath the surface — especially when water leakage or moisture is involved.
At LTL Smart Solution, we follow a proper process to make sure the affected area is inspected and prepared before installing new tiles.
🛠️ OUR TILE REPLACEMENT PROCESS
1️⃣ Site Inspection
Our team will inspect the affected area first. After the inspection, we may require approximately 3 days to assess the condition, prepare the necessary materials and confirm the suitable work date.
2️⃣ Tile Hacking & Removal
The existing damaged tiles will be carefully hacked and removed.
3️⃣ Surface Cleaning
All broken tiles, debris and construction waste will be cleared to properly prepare the surface.
4️⃣ Waterproofing Treatment — If Required
If waterproofing is necessary, the appropriate waterproofing treatment will be applied before the new tiles are installed.
5️⃣ Tile Adhesive Application
A suitable high-bond tile adhesive will be applied to ensure proper adhesion between the surface and the new tiles.
6️⃣ New Tile Installation
You can either provide your own preferred tiles, or let our team assist in providing the tiles based on your selection.
⏱️ ESTIMATED DURATION
The duration depends on the size and condition of the affected area.
If waterproofing is included, the complete process may take up to approximately one week, allowing sufficient time for the waterproofing treatment and preparation before the final tile installation.
💧 Have broken tiles, water leakage or damp areas?
Don’t simply cover the problem with a new tile.
