1. Promote, advertise and manage the security product through online platforms - FB, Instagram, Lazada, Shopee, and other e-commerce.
2. Manage customer online portal for sales/tender inquiry
3. Recommend the correct products or assist customers in making product selections, based on customers' needs product specifications, and applicable regulations,
4. Receive and post orders from customers for processing
5. Check inventory records to determine the availability of requested items
6. Monitor and update stock level at all online platform
7. Develop and maintain a network with customers for walk-in and existing customers.
Job Requirement:
1. Candidate must possess at least SPM
2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
3. Candidates fluent in mandarin are preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients and reply to messages in Mandarin.
4. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
5. Required Skill(s): SALES, COMMUNICATION, CLOSING, HANDLING
Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills
7. Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Ads etc.)
