Ultratrex Machinery Sdn Bhd is pleased to invite applications for the position of Shipping Executive, based at Johor Bahru, Johor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily shipping operations to ensure smooth and timely import/export and local deliveries.
• Source and secure competitive freight and forwarding services in terms of cost and quality to meet delivery schedules and cost efficiency targets.
• Prepare all relevant shipping and logistics documentation for customs clearance, exemption applications, and related processes.
• Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Liaise with customs and relevant government authorities (e.g., FMM, MIDA, MITI) for shipping document and exemption applications.
• Monitor and evaluate forwarding agents to ensure service performance meets departmental Performance Indicators (P*s).
• Compile and maintain all shipping documentation in compliance with ISO procedures.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in shipping/logistics.
• Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, customs clearance, and freight forwarding.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
