JOB DESCRIPTION

1) Responsible for the planning , manage and execute of the company project which include overseeing co-ordination, budgeting, scheduling, quality control and progress of the projects.
2) Liaison with the relevant client, consultant and sub-contractor to ensure smooth implementation and quality of the projects.
3) Provide timely reports and feedback to the management.
4) Capable of organize multi-disciplinary works within a project including handling project planning, budget and cost control , safety and quality implementation.
5) Coordinate activities of site personnel to ensure project following schedule accordance with the Project Quality Plan.
6) Identify, evaluate and resolve problems at construction site, lead and liaison with site personnel and sub- contractors.
7) Base at HQ office in Port Klang, Selangor and must be willing to travel outstation if require.
8) Strong proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.
9) Require Men only.
10) Salary - Negotiable.
11) Start immediately.

REQUIREMENT

Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management or relevant disciplines.
Minimum 5 - 7 year(s) of working experience and familiar with marine construction / site management or related field is required.
Capable of execute multi-tasks within a project including site organization / planning / monitoring / safety and quality implementation.
Familiar with MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD & Primavera Software.
Good working attitude, ability to organize, plan to meet dateline and work well under pressure.
Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact well with all concern parties.
Full-time position available.
