🚧 Different Ground. Different Challenges. Engineered Solutions. 🚧

From marine clay, sand, silt to rock formations, every ground condition presents different challenges. Add existing utilities, limited working space and surrounding constraints, and the right construction method must be carefully planned from the start.

With 7 sites running concurrently, our Project Managers continuously share experiences, challenges and solutions across projects. Over time, this has built a strong library of real case studies and practical experience within our team.

Some examples from our Pipe Jacking works:
🔹 Cast-in-situ — silty clay conditions
🔹 Precast caisson — sandy ground conditions
🔹 Interlocking sheet piles — marine clay conditions
🔹 Non-interlocking sheet piles — utility-constrained areas

We don’t simply copy and paste a previous method. We study the ground, understand the constraints, identify the risks and engineer the right solution for each site.

Even where existing utilities run directly through the working area, careful pre-planning and adapted construction methods allow us to tackle the challenge safely and effectively.
