🏢 Site Visit & Pre-Inspection by DefectMaster

Our team recently conducted a pre-inspection to evaluate the building’s PRV (Pressure Reducing Valve) and water pump system.

This inspection focused on a 7-year-old building that has experienced frequent pipe bursts in both units and common areas. During the visit, we:

Checked the building PRV performance and pump operation

Inspected pipe connections, valves, and overall system functionality

Identified potential weak points that could lead to leaks or failures

The goal was to provide a technical overview of the building PRV and water system health, helping to prevent future disruptions.
