Job Description:-

1. Forcast project schedules, resources, equipment estimation.
2. Make sure that clients' needs are met as project evolve.
3. Preparation of Preliminary Estimates and cost plans.
4. Preparation of bills of quantities and other tender documents necessary.
5. Preparation of Tenders Reports and Contract Documents.
6. Valuation of works in progress.
7. Preparation of project final account.
8. Additional task given by management.

Job Requirement:-

1. Proficient using AutoCAD software.
2. Have good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
3. Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.

-Proficient in Accounting Software (Autocount).
-To prepare payroll, audit and commission.
-Take initiative in work and with a sense of responsibility.
-To prepare monthly management account.
-To prepare monthly reconciliation for suppliers, customers and bank accounts.
-To liaise with external parties such as auditors, company secretary and tax agent.
-Maintain proper accounting records and ensure proper storage of data and documents.
-Any other duties assigned as and when required.
-Able to work independently
