Last weekend, our studio was filled with laughter, creativity, and little pieces of nature. 💚

Students, friends, couples, and families came together to slow down, unplug, and create their own miniature forests.

Watching everyone carefully place each stone, moss, and plant reminded us that sometimes the best therapy is simply creating something with your own hands.
