We’re excited to share our first interior design for a medical centre common area — carefully designed to feel safe, welcoming, and comfortable for everyone.

We used rounded edges to make movement easier and reduce the chance of accidents, and created a bright, airy environment to improve the typical enclosed feel of medical spaces.

Natural wood finishes bring a sense of warmth and calm, helping patients feel more at ease from the moment they enter.

We have just completed a corner house rebuild in Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur.

A standout feature is the cantilevering staircase with “fin” wall finished in brick veneer, set beneath a skylight that brings natural light cascading down. As the day passes, the stair becomes a canvas of shifting shadows—an honest interplay of material, structure, and light. Bold yet unadorned, it echoes the owner’s belief in construction that speaks for itself.

Revamping for a Better Tomorrow

We are excited to share our latest project — a modern facelift for the clubhouse facade that reflects a contemporary design language, enhancing the overall image and value of the property.

As part of the revamp, the existing security guardhouse has been strategically relocated to improve traffic circulation at the front entrance. We've also integrated barrier-free features to ensure the space is accessible and welcoming for the elderly and individuals with physical challenges.

Renovation is currently underway and is scheduled for completion by mid-2025. Stay tuned as we transform this space into a more vibrant, functional, and inclusive environment.

🏠 WM1 House – An Honest Home in the Heart of Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur.

Designed for a retired contractor and his wife, WM1 House is a quiet retreat that reflects a life spent in construction—where clarity, function, and timelessness take center stage.

Crafted by Plus One Design PLT, the design follows a “box-within-box” concept—layering clean volumes to frame views, bring in natural light, and create flow between spaces.

This home is about honesty. No cladding. No excessive finishes. Just raw, tactile materials that age beautifully and reveal how things are made—exactly the way the owner, a seasoned engineer, always believed construction should be.

We're thrilled to have recently completed a renovation project for a learning center catering to children with special needs. Our goal was to create a space that not only matched the center's branding idea but also provided a safe and comfortable environment for the children to learn and play. The highlight of the center's design is its bright and cheerful entrance reception space, featuring soft curves and rounded edges that are both visually appealing and child-friendly. It's been a privilege to work on a project with a positive impact on the lives of children, and we hope our design will help them thrive in their learning journey.

Our on-going 3-storey bungalow project in Puchong which explores efficient usability with sophisticated spaces for a young family.

The house is articulated around a square geometry in plan by responding to the “feng shui” idea. The spatial arrangement within this straightforward framework is made up of complex interplay of large and deep spaces that stretch across the length of the house in various directions. This allows luxurious living lifestyle that suits the client’s brief & requirement.

We have just completed the design for a bungalow renovation. The design emphasises on tropical living by allowing natural ventilation throughout the house and encouraging close connection to the surrounding greenery. Bespoke interior design is proposed to suit the lifestyle of our young clients.

Movable metal-timber louvered walls are added to shade the interior spaces from harsh sun while improving the security of the house.
