Tower of Voices

In Pennsylvania, a precast concrete(IBS) monument stands that honors the 40 passengers and crew that lost their lives on United Airlines Flight 93. These passengers took back control of the plane and prevented the plane from reaching its actual destination. The Tower of Voices National Memorial has 40 musical wind chimes that are used to represent the voices of the passengers on board.
