Alfa Bangsar, located at Jalan Maarof, KL, was completed in November 2024 with an overall project duration of 6 months.

Our job scope of work included:

🌴 Hardscape
- Timber decking at the BBQ area using Brown Belian Ironwood.
- Cascade water feature wall finished with black Lampang mosaic tiles.
- Subsoil drainage along the planter box

🌴 Softscape
- Façade planting with built-in planter boxes, street planting, and sky garden.
- Turf, shrubs, trees, groundcovers, and climbers planting works including providing soil mix, mulching and staking

🌴 M&E (Mechanical & Electrical)
- Garden pole lights to illuminate the sky garden at night for safety, along with tree up lights to create ambient lighting.

🌴 C&S (Civil & Structural)
- BBQ area, including the grill top and stainless-steel sink.

🌴 Other specialties work
- Playground and outdoor fitness flooring using EPDM rubber

🌴 Maintenance
- Hardscape and softscape maintenance for a duration of 24 months.

The project, Gamuda Cove Phase 1E, is located in Kuala Langat, Selangor. It was completed in June 2024 with a duration of 3 months.

Our scope of work covered:

🌳 C&S (Civil & Structural)
- ‘Mio Spring – Gamuda Cove’ signage with water feature.
- The feature wall using cast in situ concrete with on-site formwork.
- The wall was completed with a dual-tone finish
- Fencing using mild steel with powder coating.

🌳 M&E (Mechanical & Electrical)
- LED strip lighting and entrance signage blue acrylic light box

🌳 Softscape
- Planting works along the pathway, including soil mixing and root handling.
- All trees are supported with double H-stakes and a proper tying system.

🌳 Maintenance
- The project comes with 12 months of maintenance.

Garden International School, located in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur, was completed in April 2025 with an overall project duration of 3 months.

For this project, our scope of work included:

🌱Hardscape
- Subsoil drainage along the planter box wall

🌱 Softscape
- Turf, shrubs, trees, groundcovers, and climbers planting works including providing soil mix, mulching and staking
- Soil mixing composition and incorporating organic fertilizer
- Completed with proper drainage and filter layers to ensure efficient water flow and healthy root development.

🌱 Specialty
- Green wall at the signage area using stainless steel wire rope as the support system.

🌱 Maintenance
- Softscape maintenance for a duration of 12 months.

Our scope of works for this project is including supply and install

- turf, shrubs, trees, groundcovers, and climbers planting works including providing soil mix, mulching and staking

🕰️ M&E (Mechanical & Electrical)
- Installation of lighting signage using acrylic light boxes.
- tower clock system

🕰️ C&S (Civil & Structural)
- Tower clock using metal finishing including the concrete footing.
- Installation of the cast-iron gazebo structure.

🕰️ Other specialties work
- Installation of artificial turf and brick finishing for the building facade.

🕰️ Maintenance
- Hardscape and softscape maintenance for a duration of 12 months.
