A building’s life begins, not ends, on the day of completion. 🏢⏳

We took the cameras behind the scenes at our own HQ at JKG Tower to show you what designing for the “Fourth Dimension” actually looks like.

We are currently undergoing our Green Building Index (GBI) Renewal Verification Assessment.

Why is this 3-year cycle so important?
Because it gives building managers clear, actionable benchmarks to commit to preventative maintenance.

At PAB, we believe a building is a living participant in a broader ecosystem.

By designing for adaptability and ensuring rigorous maintenance over time, we ensure these structures age gracefully and adapt to changing climates.

Well-maintained buildings = thriving human wellbeing + environmental vitality.

JKG Tower

The office development was proposed in collaboration with DLN Architects (Hong Kong) and is located in a commercial hub in Kuala Lumpur.

JKG Tower is a GBI-certified building, comprising a 31-storey Grade A office tower and a 9-storey car park block. It serves as the corporate headquarters for a local public-listed company, providing more than 500,000 sq. ft. of gross floor area.

More than just a new address, our new studio is the physical manifestation of our mission to create healthier ecologies. Designed from the ground up by our own team, the space places sustainability and well-being at its core.

Cyberjaya Hospital has been awarded Malaysia’s first GBI Platinum provisional certification as an eco-friendly hospital.

Its green initiatives support the vision of creating better healing environments for public hospitals in Malaysia.

PAB is committed to providing better patient experiences through innovating and pushing the boundaries of healthcare facility design in Malaysia.

Green features of the hospital include:
• Daylight harvesting
• Energy-efficient insulated building envelope with high-performance glass
• Renewable energy via PV panels
• High-efficiency centralized cooling system
• Integrated digital metering system
• Carbon dioxide monitoring
• UV germicidal irradiation system
• Water and energy efficiency through rated fixtures and fittings
• Rainwater harvesting
• Priority parking for green vehicles
• Generous landscaped areas

Platinum Sentral

Situated within the dense fabric of the Kuala Lumpur Sentral District, Platinum Sentral represents a shift away from the traditional high-rise tower block.

Delivered in collaboration with COX Architecture, this 850,000 sq.ft. mixed-use development adopts a low-rise, campus-style typology.
The design priority was twofold: seamless urban integration and the creation of a significant public realm.

The project provides critical cross-precinct connectivity to surrounding sites and direct integration with KL Sentral Station. By establishing high-quality landscaped plazas and a new “central park” environment, the development activates the district beyond standard office hours.

Driven by rigorous Environmentally Sustainable Design (ESD) initiatives, Platinum Sentral has achieved the BCA Green Mark rating, setting a benchmark for sustainable commercial architecture in the region.
