We are an architecture + design practice based in Kuala Lumpur, founded in 2013. We design and innovate to create strong sense of identity for each building & space to accommodate different cultures of living. We engage creative design through open studio culture, internally; and encourage collaboration work, externally. We believe that to learn and innovate from basic detailing leads to good design that stand the test of time - old school with a twist! We provide project management service in realisation of our design, in general, comprises 5 phases - schematic design phase, design development phase, contract documentation phase, contract implementation & management phase and final completion phase.
