PRE-SERVICE CHECK LIST
Before Calling for Service.
Before you call our technician to service your unit, take a moment to make sure you are prepared for the appointment. That way, you can ensure our technician has all the information he or she needs, and can get directly to work on getting your systems into top-performing condition.
Here are a few things to check before calling for service:
1. Know where all of the units in your system are located.
2. Perform basic troubleshooting.
3. Check your air filter. A dirty air filter is a common cause of problems.
4. Write down the model, serial number, type, brand and horse power of all your products.
5. Be ready to explain clearly what symptoms or problems you have had.
6. Know how long ago your problem began.
7. Make sure the system is accessible by the technician. If there is something blocking any of your products, please remove it.
8. If your system products are in an attic or crawl space, please make it easily accessible.
9. Lock pets in a separate room so they don't get in the way or get hurt.
10. Make sure there is an adult home to legally allow entry to your home.
11. Be prepared to answer the phone. Many technicians will call to confirm the appointment.
12. If you rent your home, make sure you have your permission to have your system serviced.
13. If your unit is frozen, shut it off before the technician arrives so its thawed and ready for service.
14. Make available if possible, the information on all prior services performed on your system.
TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
If you experience any trouble with your products or systems, you may always call our technician for help and service visits. However, here are a few simple solutions to attempt before calling our technician.
Air Conditioning Equipment Checklist
1. Check to make sure that your thermostat is set in the "cool" position. And the ON-OFF switch is on the "On" position.
2. Ensure that the blower motor in your indoor unit is running.
3. Make sure your filters are clean.

1. Check aircon prior to service.
2. Check aircon condition before clean.
3. Check air flow.
4. Remove and clean filter.
5. Clean blower and surround. .
6. Clean evaporater (coil).
7. Dry clean electrical components.
8. Clean and check drains.
9. Reassemble aircon.
10. Check aircon condition after cleaning.
11. Check air flow.
12. Sanitise inside unit.
13. Clean condensor (outdoor unit).
14. Clean up all mess.
15. Note any post service problem.
16. Leave contact card/guarantee/checklist.
