Courtesy Visit to the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP)

On 6 August 2026, the RISM Property Surveying Division paid a courtesy visit to the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP).

We were honoured to be received by YBhg. Dato’ Sr Abdul Razak Bin Yusak, President of BOVAEP, together with the Board Members, for a constructive and engaging discussion on matters affecting the property surveying profession.

The meeting provided a valuable platform to strengthen collaboration, exchange perspectives on key industry issues, and reaffirm our shared commitment to maintaining high professional standards while advancing the interests of the property surveying profession.

A productive and enjoyable start to the RISM Property Surveying Division Committee Term 2026/2027.

Our Townhall & Retreat at The PXP, Pavilion Damansara Heights, brought together committee members and distinguished senior members for an open and constructive discussion on the future direction of the Division.

A special thank you to RISM President, Prof. Khairuddin, as well as Sr Foo Gee Jen, Sr Prem Kumar and Sr Choy Yue Kwong, for taking the time to join us and for sharing your invaluable insights, experience and candid feedback during the town hall session. Your guidance will certainly help shape our priorities and initiatives for the term ahead.

It was also encouraging to see the committee members actively engaging, exchanging ideas and strengthening our teamwork. And yes—we discovered that the committee has some impressive pickleball talent too! 🏓

Looking forward to working together to deliver a meaningful and impactful 2026/2027 term for the Property Surveying Division.
