Making smart financial decisions is one of the most empowering steps young working professionals can take. 💡🌱

We recently wrapped up our Finance Talk session at Conspec Dana HQ, featuring an insightful talk by Eric Cheong, CEO of PFPFA (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd.

From breaking down ASB savings and medical card coverage to navigating homeownership and practical budgeting, Eric shared valuable, real-world advice to help our team build a secure financial foundation.

To top it off, we connected over a fantastic potluck lunch, combining good food, great conversations, and essential life skills! 🍱✨

Knowledge sharing is at the heart of our growth. On 17 April 2026, our Finance Director led an in-depth training session for our managers and leaders, diving deep into the mechanics of our financial management and core terminology. 💸📈

Understanding the "why" behind the numbers empowers our team to make better strategic decisions and ensures we are all moving toward the same goals. Great session with a lot of sharp insights! ✨

The 2026 Health & Wellness Talk at Conspec Dana HQ was a major success as we officially kicked off our May wellness month! ✨

The event provided a comprehensive briefing on several key initiatives, including our upcoming Free Health Checkups and the SEHATi program by PERKESO, ensuring all staff have access to essential health screenings. 🩺🛡️

Our HR team also took the stage to unveil the new 2026 Fitness Program, a long-term roadmap designed to keep us active and resilient throughout the year. 🏃‍♂️📈

Beyond the corporate updates, the session featured live stretching demonstrations and vital Breathing Techniques to improve overall health and focus 🧘‍♂️ We also took a deep dive into the A NEW START pillars by Coach Adi Ang; focusing on nutrition and daily fitness habits that fuel performance 💪 Every part of the event was designed to help us stop the fatigue and start owning our vitality!

🏙️ Exploring the Heart of KL: Conspec Fitness Club Hits the Streets! 👟

What better way to find inspiration than a morning run through the city?

Yesterday, our Fitness Club took over the KL City Day Half Marathon! Our team hit the pavement in both the 5km and 10km categories, trading our safety vests for running tees to celebrate health, teamwork, and our beautiful city ✨

As a landscape construction and consultancy firm, we don't just see roads and sidewalks; we see potential! Running through the heart of KL was the perfect "outdoor office" session to get inspired, stay active, and bond as a team! Nothing beats the energy of a Sunday morning run with the crew! 💪

Want to join a team that builds great landscapes and stays fit doing it? We’re looking for passionate individuals to grow with us!

📩 We are hiring! Send your resume to [email protected] ✨

Celebrating Syawal with the Conspec Family! 🌙✨

What a night! Our annual Raya Dinner this year was truly special, and we were thrilled to see a much larger turnout compared to last year. It’s a wonderful reflection of how our team continues to grow 📈🤝

We are so grateful for the opportunity to step away from the project sites and technical documents to gather, share a laugh, and enjoy the amazing spread at The Saujana Hotel Kuala Lumpur🥘

Most importantly, the night allowed us to bond over an intimate session, strengthening the connections that make our team so unique. Cheers to a night of great vibes and even better company! 🥂
