The event provided a comprehensive briefing on several key initiatives, including our upcoming Free Health Checkups and the SEHATi program by PERKESO, ensuring all staff have access to essential health screenings. 🩺🛡️

Our HR team also took the stage to unveil the new 2026 Fitness Program, a long-term roadmap designed to keep us active and resilient throughout the year. 🏃‍♂️📈

Beyond the corporate updates, the session featured live stretching demonstrations and vital Breathing Techniques to improve overall health and focus 🧘‍♂️ We also took a deep dive into the A NEW START pillars by Coach Adi Ang; focusing on nutrition and daily fitness habits that fuel performance 💪 Every part of the event was designed to help us stop the fatigue and start owning our vitality!

What better way to find inspiration than a morning run through the city?

Yesterday, our Fitness Club took over the KL City Day Half Marathon! Our team hit the pavement in both the 5km and 10km categories, trading our safety vests for running tees to celebrate health, teamwork, and our beautiful city ✨

As a landscape construction and consultancy firm, we don't just see roads and sidewalks; we see potential! Running through the heart of KL was the perfect "outdoor office" session to get inspired, stay active, and bond as a team! Nothing beats the energy of a Sunday morning run with the crew! 💪
