JOB VACANCY FOR INTERIOR DESIGNER!

Job Responsibilties

- Create & prepare layout plans, sketches, 3D, 2D drawings, models and visuals.
- Propose and design new concept to each clients according to their desired needs.
- Attend meetings and lias with customers. Understanding their needs and translate into workable concepts & design.
- Handle all documentation required on project requirements.
- Propose suitable construction materials, color scheme, materials needed, carpet, carpentry work and etc.
- Lias with team during and current progress of all on going projects.
- Schedule frequent site visits to ensure works are done according to plan, and control daily working site progress.
- Analyze and Inspect problematic areas in sites. Have to be extremely analytic and alert on noticing detailing.
- Able to perform other task given by Manager.

Job Requirements

- Candidate must possessed at least
- Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduated Diploma/Bachelor Degree n INTERIOR DESIGN/ ARCHITECTURE others or equivalent.
- Required Language : English/BM/*Mandarin/*Cantonese *Optional- If have- highly advantaged
- Must have own transportation.
- Required skills : AUTOCAD, 3DMax, Sketchup, 2Design
