7)Quotation will be uploaded to Tivolli website www.tivollidesign.com
8)Customer can login our website to checkout the quotation and drawing
9)Finalise your cabinet and colour at our showroom
10)Set the installation date
11)You will inform by us about installer details one day before installation
12)You will receive a call from our installer before they come to your site
13)You will receive a call from us to made appointment for job completion checking
14)Jobs completion checking step by step
15)Our team will take some photo before leaving
16)If there's a defect,log in to Tivolli website and file a defect report
17)You will receive a call from our customer services to verified your product problem and made appointment with you
18)We will send our team to check your defect,and find out best solution for it
19)Do reporting to office
20)Defect is resolved,will update your status in our website.
