🙌🏼We met this Taman Desa client through a chance encounter,
but our shared vision for a modern workspace was instant✨
📢A great renovation isn’t just about construction
it’s about a relationship.
This project was a marathon, not a sprint.
The total process took four months, with a significant

🏡🧱A New Chapter in Wawasan, Puchong
📢The other day, our team headed over to Wawasan, Puchong for a site visit.🙌🏼
If you know this area, you’ll know these houses were built around 2013. ✨
They are solid homes, but after 13 years, things can start to feel a bit "cramp" or dated😫
🙋🏼‍♂️The new owner just collected the keys and first thing first he reached out to us because
he had one clear mission: Making sure his family stays comfortable😇
💡Talking to the owner, you can really feel his heart.
He told us, "Buying the house is one thing,
but I want my family to actually enjoy living here."
Standing in that empty house during the site visit,
we weren't just looking at walls and floor tiles.
From 2013 to now, the house has aged, but with a bit of renovation
it’s going to be better than new.✨

🏡今天来到 PJ 的这个老家 Site Visit，
推开门，仿佛推开了一段尘封的时光😇

这间屋子已经 60 多岁了😮
屋主 Uncle 告诉我们，当年这里的每一条电线、
每一片屋顶瓦片，甚至整个屋身的框架，
都是他年轻时凭着一双手，一点一滴亲手搭起来的👷🏼‍♂️
对 Uncle 来说，这不只是一座房子，
更是他半辈子的骄傲和家人的避风港✨
但岁月终究不饶人，屋子也一样
经过仔细检查，我们发现：
📌内部的大量木结构已经被白蚁掏空
📌抬头就能看到穿洞的屋顶
说实话，面对这样的屋况，
单纯的“装修”已经治标不治本🧱
为了下一个 60 年的安稳，
🙋🏼‍♂️我们给出了最诚恳的建议：放手，然后重生
与其在腐朽的根基上修补，不如从零开始，敲掉重建
我们要帮 Uncle 把这份回忆，装进一个更扎实、更坚固的“新家”里

一对夫妻在 Semenyih 买下这间房子，
