虽然底子好，但确实是 “老了” ：

A home carries a decade of memories, but for this homeowner,
it was also starting to carry a lot of stress. 😫
🏡🧱After 10 years in this double-storey terrace,
the "wear and tear" had become too much to ignore.
Behind these walls, the house was crying for help:
📌Persistent water leakage issues.
📌Hollow floor tiles that were becoming a safety hazard.
📌Deep cracks in the walls that made the space feel neglected.
The owner felt they could no longer live in these conditions,
but they weren't ready to leave their memories behind.
That’s where we stepped in. 👷🏼‍♂️🛠️
😇By reimagining the Layout Plan and creating these 3D Designs, we’ve mapped out a plan to strip away the damage and rebuild a modern, solid sanctuary.

but our shared vision for a modern workspace was instant✨
📢A great renovation isn’t just about construction
it’s about a relationship.
This project was a marathon, not a sprint.
The total process took four months, with a significant
period between our initial conceptual negotiations and start work🏡
👷🏼‍♂️This gave us the time to perfect the Layout Plan
and visualize every detail in these 3D Renderings.
The wait was worth it. As you look through the images,
you see the seamless transition to the finished🛠️

📢The other day, our team headed over to Wawasan, Puchong for a site visit.🙌🏼
If you know this area, you’ll know these houses were built around 2013. ✨
They are solid homes, but after 13 years, things can start to feel a bit "cramp" or dated😫
🙋🏼‍♂️The new owner just collected the keys and first thing first he reached out to us because
he had one clear mission: Making sure his family stays comfortable😇
💡Talking to the owner, you can really feel his heart.
He told us, "Buying the house is one thing,
but I want my family to actually enjoy living here."
Standing in that empty house during the site visit,
we weren't just looking at walls and floor tiles.
From 2013 to now, the house has aged, but with a bit of renovation
it’s going to be better than new.✨
