Good News for you, we are hiring Account Assistant for HQ Branch which is located at A-2-3, Block A, Setiawalk, Persiaran Wawasan, 47160 Puchong, Selangor. The job requirements as per below:

Responsibilities :
• To be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations.
• Monitoring of account receivable and resolving any account discrepancies interacting with clients, subcontractor and etc.
• Handling accounts, preparing and verify payment voucher, staff claim, Purchase Order to ensure expenses/ transactions are properly posted in accounting system.
• Liaise with all departments, sub-contractor, customers in payment, collection and invoicing.
• Assist in daily office operations work eg : filing, photocopying, mailing, telephone & other necessary paperwork.
• To perform ad-hoc tasks as required by superior.

Requirements :
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Fresh graduate are encourage to apply).
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree/"O" Level, Professional Certificate, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia (Preferably Mandarin Speaker).
• Computer literate, proficient in Autocount Accounting software, MS Office.
• Applicants must be willing to work in SetiaWalk, Puchong.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
