1) Termites Baiting
- indentifying the infesting termite species

2) Termites Drilling
- eliminate and control termite invasion inside/outside house area using soil corrective treatment method. High pressure residual spray using Imidacloprid and Chlopyriphos.
- injecting high pressurize chemical into all holes with Imidacloprid and Chlopyriphos.
- manual residual spraying to all problem area and possible area for termite invasion.
- cover all holes with cement and clean up all area treated.
Price range:
RM1600-1700 for standard terrace house size ~1000-2000 square feet
RM2800-3000 for standard bungalow house size ~4000-6000 square feet
Warranty 3 years included
3) General pest control for rats, cockroaches, bed bugs, ants, fleas/ticks treatment:
- 5L of Aqua Resigen for cockroaches, ants, mosquitoes, and flies will be sprayed on the specific spot.
- 5 gram of Abate mosquito powder will be pour on each manhole we find
- 4 pieces of rat poison per box (Yasodion) or number of pieces depending on the spot
- we also provide Gel baiting for cockroach and ants.
- we will setup a semi-permanent bait station extensively and intensively throughout the premise at strategic positions and special tattention will be given to the drainage areas.
Price range:
RM220-240 for standard terrace house size ~1000-2000 square feet
RM475-500 for standard bungalow house size ~4000-6000 square feet
This is a one time visit plus extra visit free within 2 months should the same problem recurs
4) Fogging and Larviciding
- Fogging: to kill and prevent mosquitoes breeding from causing sickness to staff members, using Deltacide
- Larviciding: residual spraying to kill and prevent larvae from hatching into adult mosquitoes, using Larvette.
Price range: RM320 per 5 acres
