Modern Aluminium Fence with Ground Beam & Pillar Work

We recently completed this clean and modern side fence installation — custom-built for durability, safety, and visual appeal.

Scope of Work:

Ground Beam Construction

Excavation and concrete casting with rebar reinforcement to ensure a strong foundation.

Short Pillars

Bricklaying with internal steel support, plastered and painted for a sleek finish.

Aluminium Fencing Installation

Powder-coated aluminium panels fixed between the pillars with weather-resistant fittings.

Includes a custom gate with lockable latch system.

Finishing Touches

Neat plastering, paintwork in matching charcoal tone, and site cleaning.

This structure is not only solid and weatherproof, but also enhances the modern look of the home.

Clients often ask me: "Can wall cracks still be repaired?"
Absolutely — but before fixing, it’s important to identify the type and cause of the crack to ensure a long-lasting result.

Here’s what we did for our latest project:

✅ 1. Widening the crack
We don’t just cover the surface. We carefully widen the crack to allow filler to pe*****te deep into the wall, ensuring a stronger and more durable bond.

✅ 2. Applying fiberglass mesh
After widening, we apply a fiberglass mesh over the crack area. This step is crucial to prevent future cracking, especially for old walls or previous repairs that reopened.

✅ 3. Filling with high-quality wall putty
We use strong, flexible filler that adheres well to the wall surface.

✅ 4. Sanding, priming, and repainting
After drying, the area is sanded smooth, primed, and painted to match the original wall — leaving no trace of the previous damage.

Many people think small cracks are harmless, but proper repair makes a big difference — both in appearance and durability.

We believed that almost everyone has romantic bay window fantasies.
Imagining ourselves occasionally killing the slow afternoons by reading while perched on the cushioned bay window with a cup of hot tea on a beautiful afternoon.

Isn't that wonderful?

Now let's look at how the bay window works.

1)Bay window with soft seat.

The backrest is essential if you want to sit comfortably. The sitting surface is moderately soft and hard, and it can be tilted back slightly to prevent the hips from sliding forward. The proper seat height and seat body can prevent numb feet and feet not touching the ground.

2)The bay window is converted into a desk.

The tabletop extends beyond the 25 to 30cm leg depth.
The drawer's bottom is 60cm from the ground. The desktop is approximately 70cm from the ground.
Allow for a 15cm gap for curtains.
The socket is critical; use a built-in socket on the desktop and leave a power cord near the window

3)Tatami was used in place of the bay window.

The bay window can be extended into a tatami to make the room appear larger. The bottom serves as a storage area .It will give your room a more Japanese and Muji-style appearance.
