We are looking for a competent and independent C&S Engineer who is capable of handling assigned projects independently with minimal supervision, from design and technical coordination through to construction and project delivery.

✨ Responsibilities
✅ Independently manage and handle assigned Civil & Structural projects, from design and planning through construction and completion.
✅ Perform Civil & Structural analysis, calculations, design, and engineering works for assigned projects.
✅ Plan, coordinate, monitor, and follow up on project activities to ensure smooth and timely project ex*****on.
✅ Review and verify design drawings, construction drawings, shop drawings, material submissions, and technical documents for accuracy and compliance.
✅ Conduct regular site inspections and technical checks to ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and relevant standards.
✅ Coordinate and liaise directly with clients, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, relevant authorities, and site teams on technical and project-related matters.
✅ Attend and coordinate site meetings, technical meetings, inspections, and project coordination meetings when required.
✅ Identify and resolve Civil & Structural technical and site issues, and provide practical engineering solutions to ensure project progress is not affected.
✅ Monitor project progress and ensure works comply with approved drawings, design specifications, contract requirements, relevant regulations, and safety standards.
✅ Identify potential project delays, technical issues, or coordination conflicts and take appropriate action to resolve them promptly.
✅ Review and provide recommendations on manpower, materials, equipment, and resource requirements for effective project delivery.
✅ Ensure assigned projects are delivered on time and within budget, in accordance with contract requirements and specifications.
✅ Take ownership of assigned projects and follow through on issues until proper resolution and closure.
✅ Perform other duties and projects as assigned from time to time.
✨ Requirements
✔ Degree in Civil Engineering / Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent.
✔ Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Civil & Structural Engineering.
✔ Must be capable of handling projects independently with minimal supervision.
✔ Candidates with proven experience in independently managing and coordinating projects will be given preference.
✔ Strong knowledge of Civil & Structural design, engineering calculations, construction methods, materials, and relevant building regulations and standards.
✔ Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
✔ Able to understand and review engineering drawings, technical details, specifications, and construction requirements.
✔ Strong project coordination, communication, problem-solving skills.
✔ Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, consultants, authorities, and site personnel.
✔ Responsible, proactive, organised, and able to take ownership of assigned projects.
✔ Able to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet project deadlines.
✔ Willing to work overtime when required.
✔ Candidates who can start work immediately will have an added advantage.
