Requirement
- Have a valid GDL & E license
- Willing to work overtime if required
- Have a good road record
- Proficient in using applications such as Waze or Google Maps
- Able to communicate well and easily accept instructions

Responsibility
- Bring tools and workers to site can collaborate with colleagues
- Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the company from time to time by completing them on time
- Perform weekly inspections of trucks including oil, water, tires, lights and brakes as well as report any damage or routine maintenance needs and puspakom inspections

*Assist in tender pricing, cost estimation, sourcing of materials/suppliers/subcons, and attend to all other matters related in tender process including interviews.

*Procurement and administration of project items / materials / sub-work contracts.

*Budget control and cost monitoring for ongoing projects.

*Assist in preparation of progress report, claim submission & site valuation, follow up certificate and payment.

Requirements:-
*Candidate shall possess at least Diploma in Quantity Survey / Landscape Architecture OR equivalent working knowledge.

*Preferably with working experience in construction especially landscape industry.
