ASAS TAPAK

Asas tapak adalah merupakan komponen yang penting dalam proses pembinaan. Jika asas tapak ini tidak dibina dengan betul, kemungkian besar terdapat mendapan pada rumah dan berlakunya rekahan pada struktur bangunan dan sebagainya.

Tujuan Asas Tapak dibina adalah untuk
memindahkan beban keseluruhan
bangunan kelapisan Tanah dibawah asas
tapak.

Saiz Tapak

Saiz tapak berubah mengikut saiz structur bangunan. Kebiasaannya untuk slab rumah saiz asas tapak yang digunakan adalah
3ft x 3ft atau 4ft x 4ft.

PAD FOOTING

Pad footing is an important component in construction process. When the footing is not done properly there are probability for the structure to settle down in the ground and resulting cracks in the building structure.

The main reason for pad footing is to move the whole structure load building layer of soil under the foundation site.

Footing Size

The footing size differs based on the building structure size. Normally house slab the footing size used will be 3ft x 3ft or
4ft x 4ft.
