INTERIOR DESIGNER
Job Descriptions
Prepare technical Interior Design (ID) detailed drawings, fabrication drawings, production drawings, as- built drawings and other related drawings (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)
Prepare bill of quantities for drawings produced. Overall design coordination for all trades including architectural, M&E, and ID work. - Coordinating with contractors to ensure constructions meet design specifications
Ensure the design process recognizes local legislation, standards and codes of practice, where appropriate.
Strive to eliminate health and safety risks in the design and financial risks during construction. Visit site to supervise progress when necessary
Ensure work is produced in a timely, organised, desired quality and professional standard.
Well coordinate with team to produce presentation materials and drawings.
To assist manager and project team on other duties as and when required.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a diploma in ID, architecture, engineering and science related discipline with 2 years working experience in ID, architecture field. fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
Technical proficiency in CAD software is a pre-requisite and must have knowledge in AutoCad or any ID software.
Site working experience for ID retail and fit- out, experience in interior design
Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Able to work independently under minimum supervision.
Applicants must be willing to work and travel outstation at site.

QUANTITY SURVEYOR
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Preparation and submission of budgetary estimates from tender drawings, Bill of Quantities for all disciplines and costs estimation, progress claim, variation order, evaluation of claims, etc.
Prepare award of contracts, check contract documents and to recommend contractor's valuations.
Accountable for pre and post contract management, monitoring materials and construction cost, site valuation, variation order and final accounts.
Monitor on amendments to the scope of works and conditions of contract, variation order and apply extension of time if necessary.
Acquire quotation from contractor and suppliers for purpose of cost assessment, analysis or budgeting.
Collaborate with client, consultant, suppliers and sub-contractors.
Co-ordinate with finance department on payment related matters
Attend site valuation, site measurement and regular meetings when necessary.
Prepare/verify payment certificates and finalize final account of projects.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Candidate must possess at a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
Computer literate (Microsoft Office application, AutoCAD and any ID software).
Knowledge of construction methods, costing summary and materials budget handling skills.
Demonstrate innovative approaches to problem solving
Proactive and ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision.
Able to priorities and respond with appropriate level of urgency.

ADMIN ASSISTANT
Responsibilities:
Provide clerical support to accounting department.
Data entry to key into our SQL Accounting system.
To perform regular administrative routine duties
Basic knowledge of photo and video editing is a plus
Knowledge in updating Facebook, Shopee, Lazada is an advantage
Other job responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management
Job Requirements:
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Or at least 1 year working experience in office administration.
Good verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Melayu & Mandarin
