那天接收到顾客求救电话，希望我可以帮帮忙看怎样补救吗？

屋主真的很无奈。

当初为了省一点钱，直接找了外劳扩建厨房。
没想到不到三个月，整个厨房竟然直接坍塌……
现在人也找不到，电话也打不通，只剩下一堆问题要自己承担。

这种情况，其实我们看了很多次。
说真的，不是材料不好，而是基础一开始就做错了。

我也很坦白跟屋主说：
👉 这种情况，建议直接拆掉重做，会更安全。

给大家一个小小提醒（但很关键）：

1️⃣ 地基决定一切
就算现场条件不能打桩，
👉 混凝土基础（footing） + 地梁（ground beam） 一定要做到位。
这是承载整个结构的关键，不能省、不能乱做。

2️⃣ 结构连接不能马虎
墙体和地面连接的位置，
👉 一定要加钢筋 + 使用专业的**环氧树脂（epoxy）**做加固。
否则就算地基没问题，
长期热胀冷缩，一样会开裂、松脱，甚至结构失效。

👉 很多人以为用好一点的材料就可以解决问题，
但如果这两个细节没做好，
用再贵的产品，都是治标不治本。

做工程，不是比谁便宜，
是比谁做得久、做得稳、做得安心。

如果你有扩建、屋顶或漏水问题，
建议在动工前先了解清楚，避免花两次钱、走两次冤枉路。
