Planning an outdoor project this weekend?

Use electrical equipment and extension leads only when they are suitable for outdoor conditions. Keep connections dry, inspect cables before use and position them where they cannot be cut, crushed or tripped over.

Temporary extension leads should also be packed away when the work is finished—they are not permanent wiring.
