WE ARE HIRING | JUNIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Procon Steel Contractors is looking for a well-organized and detail-oriented Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist with preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
* Measure quantities from drawings and site information
* Support project cost control and financial reporting
* Monitor material usage, labour costs, and subcontractor claims
* Prepare valuations, payment certificates, and variation orders
* Assist with procurement of materials and subcontract services
* Ensure accurate tracking and recording of project costs
Minimum Requirements
* Degree in Quantity Surveying
* 1–2 years experience in the construction industry
* Experience with steel structures or roofing projects will be an advantage
* Understanding of construction drawings and BOQs
* Strong numerical and analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and QS software
* Good communication and teamwork skills
