We had the privilege of hosting the Architecture Department of NHE at the Mutua Scriba Architects office for a workshop on the construction project lifecycle in Namibia from an Architect and Principal Agent’s perspective.

The session was a meaningful exchange of knowledge on project milestones from client appraisal to handover and was enriched by two of our own housing project case studies.

A big thank you to the NHE team for their active engagement and contributions. Here’s to strengthening collaboration and building better housing projects together.

Mutua Scriba Architects mourns the passing of Dr. Sam Shafiishuna Nujoma, Namibia’s Founding Father and First President. His vision laid the foundation for a united and independent Namibia, paving the way for progress in infrastructure, development, and nation-building.

As architects and builders, we stand on the groundwork he helped establish—transforming ideas into structures that uplift communities. His legacy of resilience and progress will continue to shape the skylines and landscapes of our great nation.

Our deepest condolences to his family and all Namibians. May his legacy live on.
