Project Inception & Formulation of a Brief, including Master Planning & Feasibility Studies.

• Work Stage 1:
Preliminary Project Design, Final Design Resolution & 3D Vis

• Work Stage 2:
Construction Information, Municipal Approvals, Tender & Contract Documentation.

• Work Stage 3:
Contract Administration, Co-ordination of Consultants & Site Supervision.
