Currently deep into the technical resolution phase for this mixed-use development. As the , we are working closely with the rest of the consultant team to align all disciplines.
In this view, I'm busy aligning the concrete beams and carefully resolving how best to carry the front beam using concealed columns. We're also integrating mechanical and electrical services early — including the installation of LED strip lights tucked neatly under the front beam for a clean, modern finish.
Every detail counts when turning great design into reality. 💡
