The reason behind the development: CalgroKuumba became involved with the Otjomuise Extension 10 development when it was realized that its exposure to award winning affordable housing development would unlock the significant potential of the site. After redesigning and re-configuring the site, CalgroKuumba has been able to bring one of the largest construction-ready land parcels in Windhoek to the affordable homes market.
