From Mud Walls to Smart Walls....The Story the GenZ don't know.
I grew up watching scenes like this, the warmth of firewood, the scent of smoke, and the rhythm of a wooden spoon dancing inside a black pot.
This was more than cooking.
It was in motion.
Look closely, the mud walls were our first lessons in thermal insulation.
The three-stone fire stand taught us load balance and air circulation.
Even the smoke rising upward mirrored the natural ventilation systems we now model digitally in software.
In that humble kitchen, we were already engineers, though we never called ourselves that.
Every pot placement was a calculation.
Every firewood angle was a design choice.
Every wall built by hand carried the logic of sustainable architecture long before computers came.
Today, we model with , simulate in Navisworks, and visualize with AI
But the wisdom started here... in the glow of firewood, within the embrace of mud.
So when I talk about digital construction, Iām really talking about the same story
Just told with new tools, not new wisdom.
Technology evolves, but culture remains our foundation.
