WHO IS A BUILDER?
A Builder is a registered professional, who has the prescribed minimum academic training in the Science and Technology of Production, Maintenance, Rehabilitation of Buildings as accredited by the CORBON Council.
The National Building Code provides that the Builder must prepare and insist on approval of the following Builders’ documents along with the contract documents prepared by other professionals that have input into Building project delivery.
