From My 2025 Experience with a Client of Mine
If you're planning to build a house, this year 2026 please take this seriously.
If your need for shelter is urgent, don’t start with a mansion unless you have unlimited resources.
Start small and be strategic. A simple 2-bedroom bungalow with a living room and kitchen is a smart move.
It’s quicker to complete, easier to manage, and gets you settled faster all while you still own your land.
A client came to me after two years of trying to build a big dream home. The project stopped at DPC level. Funds dried up, workers left, and frustration kicked in.
We redesigned the plan to match his current capacity.
Today, he lives peacefully in a well-finished bungalow on the same land and he’s now gradually building the rest, without pressure.
The lesson?
Don’t let ambition rob you of comfort.
Build smart. Build in phases. Build with peace of mind.
