Creating a schedule is one thing, maintaining & using it to control a project is another. Many construction companies put their schedules aside once submitted for jobs on which a schedule is required. Building Information Modeling may help bring schedules to life simply by creating a navisworks simulation, pulling the timeline to a data date & see what the jobsite needs to look like on that date.

Quality Assurance (QA) & Quality Control (QC) in Construction Process
One of the major Construction Management tasks on a building project is known as QA/QC.
In all Gbami Construction projects we assign our QA/QC engineers that are tasked specifically with QA/QC processes.
Assurance focuses on managing quality before starting to build while control focuses on it during the construction process.
QA is a proactive process while QC is a reactive process.
How do we exactly assure/control quality?

A group of blind men touched an elephant to learn what it was like. Each one feels a different part, but only one part alone, such as the side or the tusk. They then compare notes and learn that they are in complete disagreement. they stop talking, start listening and collaborate before deciding it was a beautiful elephant.
