ETB Enterprises is seeking a smart, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Officer to join our team. This role focuses on generating qualified leads, increasing property visibility, and driving measurable sales growth.
Role: Marketing Officer
Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing strategies focused on lead generation and property sales
• Create and manage high-performing paid advertising campaigns
• Generate qualified leads and support the sales team in converting prospects
• Plan and coordinate property launches, site inspections, exhibitions, and promotional activities
• Support pricing, positioning, and campaign direction
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–4 years of proven marketing experience (real estate or high-ticket sales preferred)
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising and lead generation funnels
• Solid understanding of sales psychology and customer journey
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Highly organized and results-oriented
