APOLOGY:

When former US president, Barack Obama visited electric gas engine Plant in 30 January 2014, in Wisconsin. He gave a speech in hopes of encouraging young people to see manufacturing and trade jobs as good career options. “Not all of today’s good jobs need a four years degree” the then president said. I promise you folks make a lot more. Potentially with the skilled trade and manufacturing than with an art history degree.

Before the speech was over, many responds through tweeters, Facebook and emails came in via the white house website. One Art Historian, Professor Ann Collins Johns from university of Texas wrote Obama via the White house website, intending to dispel some of the common misconception about Art Historian.
The then number one citizen of the United States sent a handwritten apology letter to her and the entire Art Historian in respect to the statement he made.
“Let me apologies for my off and cuff remarks. I was making a point about the jobs market, not the value of Art History. As it so happen, Art History was one of my favorites subject in high school, and had helped me take in a great deal of joy in my life. So please pass on my apologies to everyone and the entire Art Historian.
A single apology can end a war, stop a fight and make peace. Most of the trouble on our homes are highlighted because wives are too big to apologies to their husbands and you can trust me, the ego in men won’t allow them to apologies to their wives.
Quarrel linger between friends, neighbors and co-worker because no party wants to apologies. Each says or asks why I should be the first to apologies. Some will beat their chest and alter ego phrase “A whole me” if I may ask “who are you? If Barack Obama could apologies to all Art student and professor in United State…Or when a northbound metropolitan intercity Railway company train left Minami Station roughly 20 second earlier than the time indicated on the timetable on November 14, at approximately 9:44am, many individual complain about the early departure of the train. Internet users around the world responded. In less than 24 hours the train company apologies publicly for 20 second early departure.

See! All of us are victims of this. We lost valuable assets, money, relationships, marriage even our lives because of this short but might word called “Sorry” Every apology has two parts. The admission that something went wrong and the action to be taken that it won’t happen again.
I was asked between a man and a woman who are in relationship, who is the first to apologies when there’s misunderstanding. I quickly said “it is a first come first service thing.” Anybody can say it regarding who’s at fault. Dropping your ego, title and age will shows you’re wiser and stronger than other person.

This year the President of one of the most popular black nation on earth openly made a statement that the youth of his country are lazy. I was expected him to write an apology letter to his citizens and tell them it was a off and cuff statement. I had search the Internet, listen to radio, watch television and even read newspaper but I haven’t seen such apology letter.
Apologizing will free you from hatred and crippled the other person. Try this today and you will thank me later. Send and apology note to the person who offend you. Don’t wait for him or her to apology. When you do that its show you are more responsible than the individuals.

Today am talking on FAILURE THE PATHWAY TO SUCCESS.

Often times i heard many people said words like 'I can never fail...failure is not my portion' But the truth is, you can never succeed without failing. A best selling Author and a world renown motivational speaker Bob Gas says.... failure is like a fertilizer, its what success grow from. Learn from mistakes and View failures as feedback that provides you with the information you need to learn, grow, and succeed. The pathway to Failure that Leads to Success is when we see failures as feedback, we learn from them and make the changes needed to be more successful in the future. We have two determination in life, one is behind one... prosperity is behind poverty , likewise success behind failure. Failure is not a curse, it a natural phenomenon. A baby must crawl before walking, a man can fail before succeeding. We need to change the way we think about failure. Rather than viewing failure in a negative way where we put ourselves down and think we are a failures, think of failure as a valuable learning experience. When we look at our mistakes with a view to learning from them, rather than sending ourselves negative messages, we are on the path to success. We may be reluctant to try different things because we’re afraid of failing. Fear of failure does nothing but keep us in our comfort zone where we stick with the familiar, the “safe” choices where we don’t “risk” another failure. When we step out of our comfort zone—when we’re willing to try something new—that is when we take a step toward success. The only real failure is not learning from our mistakes but taking the risk to fail again. The key to success is to look carefully at what went wrong, change what we did the first time, and try again by applying what we learned from the mistakes we made. Will be continued.

Today i will be talking on Personal Excellence. Many of us want to do things in an excellent way, we want to achieve or get excellent things but we ourselves are not excellence oriented. Excellence is not a birthright but a cultivated habit. You do not acquired excellence in a super stores. It is not a skill but a repeated act. Excellence in other word is perfection. Sometime repeated act is not want qualify perfection, but effectiveness is. The Law of excellence says "Concentrate your efforts to achieve things by focusing your efforts totally on the achievement of one task at a time." Wow! This is critical. Focus yourself on completing that task to a degree of excellence and effectiveness, and then move swiftly on to the next task. Focus completely on that. This is the principle of the application of maximum force. Focus all your energies at one challenge at a time, overcome that challenge, then focus all your energies on the next one. You are invincible in this as long as you do not let up, or lose focus, and you continue to assault the problem for as long as it takes for that problem to be overcome. No task is beyond your power to accomplish. The first keys to personal excellence is to.
1. Have the hunger for excellence.

You want to achieve excellence? Are you really thirsty for this? How badly do you need this? Think! The emphasis here is on what ‘you’ want, not what others want you to achieve but on what you want to achievce and how you really need it. Make sure the goal is something you set for yourself, because unless it is, chances are you don’t really want it. And if you don’t want the goal badly enough, it doesn’t matter what you try to do since the drive will not be there to keep you moving forward. It’s pointless to sign yourself up for something and put in a half-baked effort, because it’s not being true to yourself or it’s just wasting your time at the end. This is why I always make sure I aim for the best in whatever I set myself to do. Have the passion of getting what you want. If you do not really need something you cannot go at length for it. How do you really need your goals and dreams? What is the highest level you can go to achieve them? Have this specific burning desire about what you want. If you start doing things in an excellent way, excellence will immerse.

Today am talking on: Pursuit of excellence

The pursuit of excellence has internal and external aspects. Internally, fight your fear and fix your heart desire as your ultimate goal. Externally, face your fear in reality day after day, and forget your heart desire into something real and amazing with endurance, opportunism and courage. As you do this, make certain though that you keep yourself grounded. If you lose touch with reality, you will have failed. If you become lost in dreaming, you will have failed.

Excellence is something that must be real, that must be realised, that must be pushed into actuality through force of will and decisive action. Reality is the ultimate testing ground for excellence. Excellence must be given form in reality for it to have any meaning. Honing yourself is a key facet of excellence, but do not get lost in sharpening a sword you never draw in battle. If you never wield your excellence in reality then you might as well not waste your time honing it at all. Wield it.
