One of the most common questions we get at ๐๐ฒ๐ท๐ฒ๐ด๐๐ ๐ฅ๐ผ๐ผ๐ณ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ฆ๐๐๐๐ฒ๐บ is:
And thatโs perfectly okay. Itโs normal to want to know what to budget for. However, weโve noticed that whenever we give a rough estimate, some clients begin to complain, saying itโs too much. We understand your concerns, and weโd like to explain things clearly.
Please note that a It is simply an approximate figure based on assumptions like the type of roofing material you want (Aluminium or Stone Coated), the possible roof design, and market prices at the time. It can go up or down depending on what we eventually meet on site.
The final quotation can only be given after the roof carcass (woodwork or steel frame) is completed and we come for physical measurement. Thatโs when we can give you an accurate cost of materials and workmanship.
In most cases, the final quote ends up being less than the rough estimate, especially if the design is simpler than expected. But again, this depends on many on-site factors.
So, dear clients, please relax and trust the process. A rough estimate is just to guide your budgeting. Itโs not the final bill.
We value transparency and honesty in our work, and we will always do our best to give you quality service at an affordable price without compromising our standards.
